We started Post Home Care Services were created to assure that the patient that is having surgery have a smooth process during recovery. We take great pride in providing safe and effective services for our clients. This allows them the freedom to properly rest and heal during their post op surgeries by helping them achieving their daily activity goals. We have certified nursing assistants and medical assistants with over 20 plus years of experience. We are here to service the entire Pee Dee Region.
